It's here! Autumn has arrived! Bringing Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, Ugg boots, and warm woolies along with the happiness of crunchy rusty leaves. Despite the fond memories of Autumn, it can be a tricky season for dressing. Some winter blustery days mixed in with the hope of an Indian Summer happen every year, and you'd hate to be cut short!
I personally love dressing for Autumn. I love breaking out my trench coat and snuggling into cosy layers. But one thing I do find is that everything all seems to have the same rusty, orange or beige tone. So boring don't your think!
I use Autumn as a chance to throw in some muted colours into my style scheme. Think the colours you loved during the Summer, just dialled down a few notches.
I'm partnering up with VVA by Sarah Haran to show you my fave styles of the iconic Dahlia bag, in the perfect shades that looks just as good on Instagram as your #pumpkinspicedlatte.
Take pink for example. A colour we all threw on the day it was boiling in Britain. As much as this gorgeous neon hue was great for summer, a subdued berry shade is one of the easiest ways to inject some muted colour into your wardrobe for Autumn. This shade will go beautifully with a crisp trench coat and peep-toe boots for the ultimate style upgrade.

Now blue is my favourite colour, which you'd all know that by now. But bright neon blues are just not my thing come in Autumn. I love pairing a fresh teal shade against a sharp black or white to always look bold and elegant. This shade works very well with an on trend white blazer and a good pair of jeans, with some cute brown booties! Here are my picks below:

Now Khaki is a shade that is fast becoming the shade of 2017. Somewhere between an olive green and a muted green, it has the perfect hues to wear with any outfit, and in my opinion is the best shade to inject some colour into your wardrobe. I love seeing this colour with a cream roll neck or a white shirt, dark jeans, and knee length boots for the cosiest of all outfits!

Now, gold baby! Which season can you not wear this gorgeous metallic hue? Autumn and Winter are the best seasons to bring out the bling and embrace this fun colour. But just what would you wear it with? Anything! Team with a classic white shirt and jeans for the bag to do all the talking, or go for a bold look and clash with a millennial pink bodycon dress and gold heels for the maximum style points.
